Information Lumi may store
Lumi may store account and sign-in details, information you enter in the app or on the website, shared-household data if you choose to use that feature, and technical information needed for operation, security and support.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies for sign-in, session security and returning you to the page you requested after login. Lumi does not use marketing or usage-measurement cookies on the website right now. If we add them in the future, we will ask before turning them on.
Service providers
To run Lumi, some information may be processed by infrastructure and operations providers such as authentication, database, hosting, security and error-monitoring services. Lumi does not sell personal information.
User requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information through the official Lumi support channel in the app. When a dedicated privacy contact channel is available, we will add it here as well.
